Job Summary and Responsibilities + Sanitize and disinfect specific areas such as patient rooms, nurse's stations, waiting areas, meeting rooms, offices, corridors, and common areas + Contribute to hospital efficiency and integrity by maintaining quality cleanliness in accordance with hospital and CDC guidelines + Understand and utilize all safety guidelines and procedures when using cleaning chemicals and disposing of hazardous materials + Inventory and ensure proper storage of hazardous materials for ignitability (flammable), corrosivity (rust), reactivity (explosive), toxicity (poison), etc. + Appropriately display signs to prevent injuries of patients, employees, and visitors such as slips and/or falls Job Requirements Minimum Qualifications: + High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Preferred Qualifications: + Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning in high traffic facilities such as hospitals, clinics, hotels, casinos, convention centers, schools, and the like While youu2019re busy impacting the healthcare industry, weu2019ll take care of you with benefits that include health/dental/vision, paid vacation, FSA, matching retirement plans, and more.
