Disaster Restoration Superintendent

We are seeking a Disaster Restoration Superintendent field leader responsible for managing mitigation and reconstruction projects following water, fire, smoke, mold, and storm damage. Oversees crews, subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality control, and budgets from emergency response through project completion. Serves as primary on-site contact for homeowners, commercial clients, and insurance adjusters.Disaster Restoration Superintendent Qualifications and Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day field operations for restoration and rebuild projectsSupervise crews, subcontractors, and vendors; coordinate schedules and materialsOversee mitigation (water extraction, drying, mold remediation, fire/smoke cleanup) and reconstruction (demo, framing, drywall, paint, flooring)Maintain job documentation, photos, daily logs, and change ordersAssist with scoping and estimating (Xactimate preferred)Enforce OSHA safety standards and quality controlCommunicate with clients and insurance representativesParticipate in on-call emergency response rotation3-5+ years in disaster restoration or construction supervisionExperience with water/fire/mold mitigation and reconstructionIICRC certifications (WRT, FRST, ASD preferred)Proficient with Xactimate and insurance claim processesDisaster Renovation Superintendent Compensation & Benefits:• Salary range of $55K - $65K, based on experience• Comprehensive Benefits Package
