As a Structural Steel Erection Estimator, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping projects from the earliest stages, delivering accurate estimates that set the tone for successful builds.Remote work flexibilityWhat You’ll Do:Review and analyze blueprints, specifications, schedules, and related documents to prepare accurate, detailed project estimatesManage project documentation, including Plans, Addenda, ASIs, RFIs, and change ordersPrepare precise take-offs, cost estimates, and bid proposals—meeting deadlines without compromising accuracyCollaborate closely with fabricators and operations to ensure scope clarity and bid readinessDraft steel erection bid proposals using Microsoft Excel, Word, MS Project, and other estimating toolsApply strong communication skills to interpret drawings, logistics plans, schedules, and budgets effectivelyWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Structural/Civil Engineering, or Business (preferred)Minimum 5 years of commercial structural steel estimating experienceProven ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawingsCPE (Certified Professional Estimator) designation is a plusWhy You’ll Love This Role:Competitive Base Salary - Up to $100K annuallyPerformance Incentives - Commission opportunities for successful project winsComprehensive Benefits - Health insurance, PTO, 401(k)Impactful Work - Be part of projects ranging from mixed-use developments to large commercial constructionIf you’re ready to bring your estimating expertise to a company where your skills will directly shape the skyline, we want to hear from you.
