This role ensures optimal system performance, indoor air quality, and customer satisfaction through timely and professional service.Key ResponsibilitiesReplace HVAC air filters in commercial buildings according to service schedulesInspect air handling units (AHUs), rooftop units (RTUs), and related equipmentPerform basic preventative maintenance tasks as assignedIdentify and report mechanical issues or safety concerns to supervisorsMaintain accurate service records and documentationCommunicate professionally with customers on-siteFollow company safety policies and OSHA guidelinesMaintain company vehicle, tools, and inventoryQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferred1+ year experience in HVAC, maintenance, or construction preferredBasic knowledge of commercial HVAC systems is a plusAbility to use hand tools and basic equipmentValid driver’s license with clean driving recordAbility to pass background check and drug screeningPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to climb ladders and work on rooftopsComfortable working in varying weather conditionsAbility to stand, bend, kneel, and work in confined spacesWork EnvironmentThis position works primarily in the field on active job sites.
