Description We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team in a hybrid role based in San Jose. As a Family Law Attorney, you will leverage your extensive experience to provide compassionate and strategic legal counsel to clients navigating family law matters. Responsibilities: + Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, property division, and domestic violence cases + Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations + Draft legal documents such as petitions, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements + Conduct client consultations, providing clear advice and outlining strategies and next steps + Perform legal research to ensure the best outcomes for clients and maintain current knowledge of family law statutes + Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case progression and client service + Negotiate and advocate for clientsu2019 interests while maintaining a high standard of ethics and professionalism + Manage deadlines and maintain organized case files Requirements Qualifications: + Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school + Active member in good standing with the California State Bar + 5+ years of recent experience practicing family law + Strong courtroom and negotiation skills, with demonstrated success in family law litigation + Excellent written and verbal communication abilities + Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail + Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, both collaboratively and independently + Compassionate approach and strong client service orientation If you are a dedicated Family Law Attorney ready to support clients in San Jose while working in a flexible hybrid environment, we encourage you to apply.
