Description We are looking for a dedicated Property Administrator to join our team in Carmel, California. This contract-to-permanent position involves working with high-end luxury properties, providing exceptional service to clients, and managing various administrative and operational tasks. Responsibilities: u2022 Coordinate and oversee daily property management tasks, including scheduling events, floral arrangements, and dry cleaning services. u2022 Manage construction projects and liaise with contractors to ensure smooth operations. u2022 Provide exceptional customer service to high-profile clients, maintaining attention to detail and discretion. u2022 Utilize tools like Asana, Microsoft Outlook, and Nines for efficient project tracking and communication. u2022 Conduct fieldwork in Carmel and Pebble Beach, with mileage reimbursement provided. u2022 Collaborate with team members to develop and enhance concierge services. u2022 Maintain appropriate business attire while working in high-end environments. u2022 Support potential future roles in home services coordination. u2022 Assist with budgeting processes and billing functions related to property management. u2022 Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through proactive communication. Requirements u2022 Familiarity with Carmel and Pebble Beach areas is essential. u2022 Strong customer service skills and a detail-oriented approach. u2022 Hospitality experience in upscale environments is highly preferred. u2022 Proficiency in software such as Asana, Microsoft Outlook, and Nines. u2022 A minimum of an associate degree, with a bacheloru2019s degree preferred. u2022 Ability to commit to the role for at least two years before pursuing independent opportunities. u2022 Collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills. u2022 Appropriate appearance and business attire are required.
