Description We are seeking a recent graduate to join our team as an Entry-Level Analyst focused on billing, accounts receivable (AR), and reconciliation. This contract to hire position is ideal for candidates with 1+ years or internship experience in finance or accounting who are highly proficient working with large data sets in Excel. Key Responsibilities: + Prepare and review customer invoices in line with contract terms and company policies. + Assist in the accurate recording and processing of AR transactions. + Investigate and reconcile discrepancies in billing and AR records. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client billing issues in a timely manner. + Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual AR reconciliations; identify and resolve variances. + Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data integrity. + Analyze large volumes of financial data in Excel to support reporting and trend analysis. + Assist in internal/external audits as needed. + Support process improvement initiatives related to billing and AR functions. Requirements + Bachelor of Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline required. + Internship or practical experience (including academic projects) in billing, accounts receivable, or general accounting. + Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience working with large/complex data sets. + Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. + Effective written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. + No master's degree required.
