HIRING SOLAR LABORERS. 12 HOUR DAYS 7 DAYS A WEEK. MUST HAVE OSHA 10 Job Title: Solar Laborer Job Description Join our team as a Solar Laborer, where you will play a crucial role in the installation of solar panels. This position involves handling and installing approximately 9,000 solar panels, which requires carrying modules and ensuring they are securely clicked into place. This position will require working LONG HOURS on a commercial roof top. 4 week project - 7 days a week, 12 hour days. Responsibilities + Carry solar modules to designated installation sites. + Securely slide and click solar panels into their proper positions. + Assist in the installation process of solar panels. + Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safe installation practices. + Work on top of a commercial roof top Essential Skills + Experience in solar labor and installation. + Ability to perform general labor tasks. + Proficiency in handling construction equipment. + Capability to perform heavy lifting tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in construction work/general labor. + Familiarity with solar panel systems. + Experience in general labor work is a plus. + OSHA 10 REQUIRED An OSHA 10 is a requirement for this job site.
