Our client, an industry leader in automotive services, is seeking a dedicated ASE Certified Major Assembly & Warranty Claims Processor to join their team. As a Major Assembly & Warranty Claims Processor, you will be part of the warranty support department, supporting the technical hotline team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: ASE Certified Major Assembly & Warranty Claims Processor Location: Irvine, CA (Remote) Pay Range: $28/hr. Shift: 8 am - 5 pm What's the Job? + Review online dealer requests for warranty replacement of major assemblies such as engines, transmissions, differentials, and transfer cases to ensure all required data is present. + Provide approval under warranty and communicate with dealer technicians for additional information if needed. + Process warranty claim requests associated with approvals, ensuring accuracy and completeness. + Evaluate parts on warranty claims, removing unrelated parts and verifying all necessary components are present. + Assist in evaluating major assembly defects through technical assessment and provide component approval. What's Needed? + Advanced automotive technical knowledge and understanding of repair orders and warranty claims processing. + ASE Master Technician Certification preferred. + Strong knowledge of dealer service operations and differentiating warrantable from non-warrantable repairs. + Highly organized with the ability to multitask efficiently. + Excellent communication skills via phone and email for interaction with vendors, dealers, and internal teams.
