Job Summary and Responsibilities + High School education or equivalent in work experience current CPR certification + Performs electroencephalographic tests and other neurological examinations as requested + Assists physicians as requested + Participates in Ambulatory Services Depart support activities + One (1) year recent experience as an EEG technician in an acute care facility + Certification as an EEG technician preferred. Job Requirements + Currently working towards obtaining EEG certification from ABRET. + Demonstrates knowledge and application skills of common neurological testing and procedures. + Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with others across all departments and neurologists. + Accurately assess patient's physical and emotional condition. + Provides accurate and complete documentation. + Current CPR certification required.
