Job Summary and Qualifications What you will do in this role: + Assess patient condition during admission and during each procedure, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status. + Perform procedures or other functions as ordered by the medical provider. + Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner. + Perform the administration of prescribed medications and monitors response. + Maintain a knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment used in the care of Cardiac Cath Lab & EP Lab patients. What you will need in this role: + Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing + Current State of Florida Registered RN License, or + Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions) + Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certification via American Heart Association or American Red Cross + A minimum of one year acute care Medical/Surgical/Cardiac RN experience + One year Cath Lab RN experience required + Call required for Cath Lab Benefits HCA Florida JFK Hospital, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
