All the benefits and perks you need for you and your family: + Benefits from Day One + Paid Days Off from Day One + Student Loan Repayment Program + Sign-on Bonus + Relocation Bonus Schedule: Full time Shift: Day (United States of America) Address: 14055 RIVEREDGE DR City: TAMPA State: Florida Postal Code: 33637 Job Description: PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : + Contributes to the development of new clinical strategies to enhance market share and improve overall performance and patient satisfaction enhancing Patient Experience across the division. + Ensures quality performance in process improvement through a dyad partnership with the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO). + Lead the development of strategic clinical vision, fostering clinical effectiveness and patient safety across the division network of hospitals, physicianu2019s practices, ambulatory and post-acute services across the continuum. + Lead clinical business strategy & development of a network that keeps the consumer connected to the division. + Lead the strategies supporting decreased care variability, greater efficiency and effectiveness of care and lower cost, supporting the move to value-based care. + Collaborates with system leaders to create a network that keeps the consumer connected while moving towards a more competitive price structure. + Innovate clinical practice and align it to the future state of care and a consolidated model of integrated care delivery. + Ensure the evolution of data-driven of quality and cost improvement that supports systems to provide timely, accurate, actionable data to assist physicians, nurses and clinicians in continuous performance improvement. + In partnership with the CCO, manages and develops the clinical leadership team to meet all applicable regulatory licensure and accrediting regulations and foster effective collaboration between clinical departments, medical staff, and affiliates services to meet the organizationu2019s strategic goals and objects while ensuring the effective and appropriate use of resources to ensure clinical success. + Ensure the development of physician and nurse leaders across the organization including succession planning + Develop Academic practice partnerships supporting future workforce development and robust recruitment strategies for physicians, nurses and clinicians. + Establish standards for competency in evidence-based practices and ensure they are incorporated into essential functions of all clinical positions systemwide. + Promote consistency of clinical practice across the division ensuring physicians and nurses partner in care redesign and clinical integration activities. + Collaborate with the division and region CMIOu2019s to establish processes supporting the identification of technology for clinical integration and optimization of the electronic health record. + Design and test innovative care delivery models across the regional entities including partnership with the Primary Health Division. + Oversees programs which support the nursing profession such as the Professional Excellence Program, Nursing Residencies and Internship Programs and ANCC certifications such as Pathways to Excellence/Magnet and other specialty certifications. + Serves on AdventHealth corporate teams representing the regional views and partnering with AdventHealth corporate on strategies and initiatives related to patient care, Clinical Informatics, Evidence Based Care and Nursing Strategy. + Lead /Co-Lead broad divisions of work within the regions including Health Systems Information, Analytics and Performance Improvement, Clinical Documentation Improvement, Continuous Learning, Quality/Safety/Risk, Care Transformation, Consumer, AIT, Human Resources, and Finance. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: + Knowledge of clinical practices and processes, legal and regulatory requirements, the ability to gather and evaluate data and outcome results to use in planning hospital operations, budgets, and process improvement. + Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Able to effectively express ideas and views through public speaking, presentations, reports, and professional correspondence. + Exceptional people management, leadership skills, and the capacity to relate to people in a manner that wins confidence and establishes support. + Strategic vision and thinking. Ability to position the organization for the future, looking beyond the present situation to conceptualize key trends and identify changing market demands. + Strong business acumen, intelligence, and capacity; able to think strategically. + Approaches work as an interconnected system. Ability to understand major objectives and break them down into meaningful action steps. + Strong organizational abilities and the flexibility to adjust to changing conditions and the various details of the position. + Proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office suite. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: + Masteru2019s degree in nursing, Healthcare administration or clinical specialty + A minimum of 10 years of clinical leadership experience within healthcare + A minimum of 5 years of executive clinical leadership of acute care organizations. _EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:_ + Doctorate degree in Nursing or healthcare-related field + Minimum of five (5) years in progressively responsible administrative work or directorship of multiple departments in a hospital or hospital system.
