Pursues professional growth and development, maintaining current knowledge, certification, and licensure per hospital policy. + Serves as a role model for current and new staff. + Attends required safety training programs and understands responsibilities related to general and specific job-related safety, including following Hospital Exposure Control Plans for Bloodborne and Airborne Pathogens. + Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and fellow employees.
