Eaton Corporation is looking for Global HR OPEX Director. This position will be based in Beachwood, OH. Position Overview: Reporting to the Vice President HR Operations, the Director is responsible for leading HR's efforts to enhance operational efficiency, drive process excellence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement (CI) in HR. The role is pivotal in aligning HR CI initiatives with HR's strategic priorities -- ensuring sustainable results and engaging the right stakeholders. The Director will lead a global team of regional OPEX analysts that support regional and global initiatives to refine and connect global processes that drive efficiency and simplification. This person will also prioritize and oversee multiple global process improvement projects as well as oversee new global HR implementations following Eaton's Continuous Improvement Standards to ensure business objectives are met. Essential Functions: u2022 Identify and select strategically important process/focus areas for improvement, in partnership with business HR, COEs, and HR Services. u2022 Align CI projects with HR's strategy and priorities, prioritizing initiatives that maximize impact. u2022 Provide strategic direction to the global OpEx team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals u2022 Collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams, executives, and external partners to foster a collaborative approach to drive improvement initiatives. u2022 Vet and prioritize opportunities for process enhancements, waste reduction, and cost savings across the HR function and give direction to the the OpEx team. u2022 Ensure the global team's process analysis adheres to CI standards, including current state analyses and benchmarking against best practices. u2022 Manage relationships with HR/COE teams to establish and improve harmonized processes using lean techniques (e.g., value stream mapping, process mapping). u2022 Leverage Lean/Six Sigma strategies and Eatonu2019s Business System (EBS) tools to drive efficiency. u2022 Collaborate with the corporate EBS team to embrace elements of the Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF), Six Sigma, and Lean tools. u2022 Collaborate with HR Technology to determine prioritization of digitalization and automation within HR processes. u2022 Partner on prioritization of ServiceNow enhancements based on HR and HRS requests, considering best practices, user experience and global standardization of Services. Required Qualifications: u2022 10+ years of experience with process improvement. u2022 Minimum five (5) years of direct manager of people experience. u2022 Experienced in Lean/ Six Sigma tools u2013 SS/ Lean Green belt certification preferred u2022 Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
