Human Resources (HR) Assistant

Description Robert Half is partnering with a wellu2011established organization in the Lehigh Valley that is seeking an HR Assistant to support their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is detailu2011oriented, people-focused, and eager to grow within the HR function. The HR Assistant will play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, and offboardingu2014ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and employees. Key Responsibilities + Post internal and external job openings across various platforms + Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers + Conduct phone screens and assist with candidate communication throughout the hiring process + Maintain applicant tracking updates and ensure accurate documentation + Prepare and send new hire paperwork and offer letters + Coordinate pre-employment requirements, background checks, and clearances + Conduct firstu2011day orientations and ensure new hires have the resources they need + Assist with setting up employee profiles in HR systems + Process termination paperwork and exit documentation + Schedule exit interviews and assist with final payroll and benefits steps + Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with company policies Requirements Requirements + 1+ year of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience (preferred) + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + High level of confidentiality and professionalism + Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities + Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus TalentMatchu00ae Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
