Aerotek is hiring for a Electrical Foreman with WEEKLY pay Elizabeth, PA $30-$40/HR Job Description The Electrical Foreman oversees a crew of 6u201310 electricians and is responsible for leading daily field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on commercial and industrial projects. This role includes managing change orders and coordinating closely with project leadership. Responsibilities + Lead, supervise, and support a crew of 6u201310 electricians. + Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure work meets NEC and local code requirements. + Read and interpret plans, coordinate with other trades, and maintain project schedules. + Identify, document, and assist in pricing and executing change orders. + Manage materials, tools, and jobsite safety. + Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure quality workmanship. + Complete daily logs and communicate updates to the Project Manager or Superintendent. Essential Skills + Journeyman Electrician with 5+ yearsu2019 experience; prior leadership preferred. + Strong blueprint reading and problem-solving skills. + Experience managing crews and tracking change orders. + Valid driver's license required.
