Description: You will be the Subcontract Administrator for the Global Supply Chain team. Our team is responsible for ensuring seamless material flow and supplier collaboration to support manufacturing excellence. What You Will Be Doing As the Subcontract Administrator you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, coordinating with program and support teams, and driving onu2011time delivery of critical materials. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: + Serve as the primary point of contact between external suppliers, program management, and internal IPTs. + Monitor and resolve supplyu2011chain issues that could impact production schedules. + Validate material quality and ensure compliance with contractual requirements. + Coordinate onu2011time delivery of materials to support manufacturing processes. + Document and track supplier performance metrics and corrective actions. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field - Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance - Microsoft Office Suite Skillset - Ability to travel Desired Skills: - Experience with procurement and supply chain - Ability to multi-task - Ability to work independently and in a team environment Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
