We're seeking a product leader to define the future of Core Shoppingu2014where AI meets intuition to create experiences customers didn't know they needed. This isn't incremental improvement. You'll architect the next generation of shopping across every Amazon surface, translating bold product instincts into measurable impact for millions of customers daily. The role demands deep partnership across product management, UX design, engineering, science, and operations. Experience building products for global customers and adapting roadmaps with regional teams is essential. This is high-visibility, high-autonomy work with direct access to senior leaders across Stores. Key job responsibilities You'll own the product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for next-generation Shopping productsu2014full stop. You'll drive Core Shopping business outcomes that matter: customer engagement, conversion rates, and revenue growth at massive scale. The role requires orchestrating partnerships with Stores, Alexa, and AGI teams to build cohesive experiences, balancing bold long-term bets with tactical wins that maximize business impact. You'll set the bar for design quality and user research standards, driving rapid experimentation to deliver shopping features across every customer touchpoint. Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields - Experience designing and launching new products from the ground up - 5+ years of practical work applying ML to solve complex problems experience - Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers - Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlinesPreferred Qualifications- Experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing deliverables for your team products - Experience leading large projects through the full product development life cycle in a large, cross-functional team - Knowledge of software engineering best practices across the development life cycle, including agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, source management, build processes, testing, and operations Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
