Job Description The Assembler is a skilled manufacturing professional who works with minimal supervision to assemble, test, inspect, and rework Crane Aerospace & Electronics products in accordance with military and other applicable standards. This role involves preparing and inspecting components, operating equipment, interpreting drawings and instructions, and ensuring product quality through visual and dimensional inspection. The Assembler collaborates across the value stream to resolve quality issues, supports production priorities, completes required documentation, and participates in safety, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. Flexibility to crossu2011train, support audits, maintain inventory accuracy, and work overtime as needed is also required.
