In this role, you will perform diagnostic and therapeutic ultrasound procedures that require independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative. You will work together with your team to ensure the most comprehensive and compassionate imaging care for MultiCare patients.ResponsibilitiesYou will be able to independently perform diagnostic ultrasound exams and therapeutic or interventional Ultrasound proceduresYou will apply independent judgment, initiative, and creative ingenuity towards work solutionsRequirementsGraduate or graduation eligible within 6 months of a formal ultrasound technology training programRegistered or registry eligible with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers or Cardiovascular Credentialing InternationalIf registry pending, must complete appropriate registration within 12 months from date of employmentPrevious experience as an Ultrasonographer preferredCurrent BLS requiredAbout Auburn Medical CenterMultiCare Auburn Medical Center, serving South King County since 1921, is a 195-bed hospital with 58 behavioral health beds, a Family Birth Center, Level II NICU, Level III Trauma Center, MultiCare Regional Heart & Vascular Center, and advanced surgical services including robotic-assisted procedures.
