Phlebotomist - PAML PAML a Labcorp company is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Chehalis, WA Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:30pm; additional hours and rotating Saturday's as needed Job Responsibilities: u2022 Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups u2022 Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc. u2022 Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner u2022 Process billing information and collect payments when required u2022 Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis u2022 Maintain patient and specimen information logs u2022 Provide superior customer service to all patients u2022 Administrative and clerical duties as necessary u2022 Travel to additional sites when needed, Reliable transportation required Minimum Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent + Must have valid Washington issued Phlebotomy License or have application for Phlebotomy License filed with the Washington State Department of Health at time of hire. + Phlebotomy certification or completed Phlebotomy training program from an accredited agency or 3 monthsu2019 experience as a phlebotomist Preferred Qualifications: + 1 year of previous phlebotomy experience Additional Job Standards: u2022 Able to pass a standardized color blindness test u2022 Flexibility to work overtime as needed u2022 Exceptional customer service u2022 Strong communication skills; both written and verbal u2022 Ability to work independently or in a team environment u2022 Comfortable working under minimal supervision At PAML a Labcorp company we have a passion for helping people live happy and healthy lives.
