This position is contingent on contract award.This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) PolygraphResponsibilities include:u2022 Develop and maintain NGA interior design standards, processes, procedures, forms, anddocumentation, to improve quality and efficiency in concert with existing aesthetics,while also researching and procuring new and innovative design solutions as theybecome current.u2022 Carefully coordinate with customers to understand their needs, and thoughtfully selectfurniture, fixtures, and equipment that ensure maximum durability for longevity,aesthetic value, life expectancy, functional space layouts, and flow planning to enhanceand protect the health, safety, and welfare of the workforce.u2022 Provide detailed planning and execution of interior design, furniture, and art & brandingprojects and maintain furniture, art, graphics, branding, and building signage inventoryu2022 Perform architectural surveys, collect requirements, and interface with governmentproject managers, building maintenance contractors, general contractors, or otherpersonnelu2022 Prepare detailed drawings using Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD) and 3D-BIM relatedsoftware showing color schemes, furniture, furnishings and wall du00e9cor for all projectsrequiring interior design servicesu2022 Maintain an up-to-date facility department material library with trending commercialdesign industry product categories including furniture, fabrics, flooring, interiorbuilding products, interior finishesu2022 Maintain a physical and digital inventory of existing materials, products, and finishesfor Operational & Maintenance (O&M) purposesu2022 Produce furniture documentation, drawings, specifications, criteria and cost estimates.Utilize NGA IWMS platform to define and maintain NGA furniture standard#LI-IR1 u2022 Add NCIDQ Certified Interior Designer preferredu2022 MS or MA in Interior Design, or BS or BA In Interior Design with 7 years ofCommercial Design experienceu2022 Demonstrated experience in understanding/interpreting construction drawings inArchitectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and IT tradesu2022 Demonstrated experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchupu2022 Demonstrated experience utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop,Indesign, & Illustrator)u2022 Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite such as building spreadsheets,consolidating input across various offices, and edit/update as neededThis position requires an active TS/SCI clearance, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) PolygraphJacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
