Assembler 1st Shift Romeoville $20-$22 We are seeking multiple reliable and handsu2011on Mechanical Assemblers to support the production of highu2011quality components in a clean, modern facility. The typical schedule will be 6:30AM - 3:00PM. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of mechanical assembly experience, ability to read blueprints, and comfortable lifting 50 pounds. Responsibilities + Assemble parts and subassemblies using templates, measurements, and blueprints. + Ensure proper fit and function by examining connections and fastening components securely. + Verify completed assemblies by taking accurate measurements. + Perform basic preventive maintenance and report equipment issues. + Maintain a safe, organized work environment by following company procedures. + Complete production and quality documentation as needed. Essential Skills + Experience using hand and power tools (including pneumatic tools and wrenches). + Assembly or mechanical production experience. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements. + Comfortable using tape measures and general production tools. Work Environment + Work inside a clean, new building alongside a collaborative warehouse and production team. + 1st Shift: 6:30AM - 3:00PM with OT available + Steelu2011toe or safety shoes required; highu2011visibility vests provided.
