Why you should apply to be a Material Handler : + Pay Rate:$22.00/hr + Location:Woodridge, IL + Schedule: 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM + Onsite Whatu2019s a typical day as a Material Handler ? You will: + Receive, move, store, and pick raw materials and finished goods to support production and sales orders. + Operate within warehouse safety standards, including proper hazardous material handling and DOT compliance. + Load, unload, stage, and prepare outbound shipments accurately and efficiently. + Perform inventory counts, shipment audits, and maintain organized warehouse layout (5S standards). + Support production by removing empty pallets, totes, and drums safely. + Use basic computer systems (email, AX, HR forms) to complete warehouse tasks. + Follow supervisor direction while managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. + Work overtime as needed to meet customer and production demands. This job might be an outstanding fit if you have: + One to two yearsu2019 experience in a fast-paced shipping/warehousing operation + One to two yearsu2019 experience in a manufacturing environment desired + Prior knowledge of chemicals and hazmat handling a plus + Must possess a high school diploma or GED and pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical; must be at least 18 years + Must be safety orientated at all times, prior forklift experience desired/is a plus What happens next: Once you apply, youu2019ll proceed to the next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
