Responsible and accountable for allaspects of hospital operations in the absence of executive,administrative, and departmental leadership. Other duties as assigned.EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience inwhich leadership competence has been demonstrated is required. EDUCATIONDESCRIPTION: Degree in Nursing (Baccalaureate or Graduate) is required.If in position as of December 1, 2012, this educational requirement willbe waived. Graduate Degree (Nursing or Related Field) is preferred.LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: Requires current state of Wisconsin RegisteredNurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participatingstate in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact). American Heart Association(AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHAapproved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
