Job Title: CMM Programmer Job Description We are seeking two skilled CMM Programmers to join our dynamic Automotive and Aerospace prototype facility. You will have the opportunity to work with leading technologies, programming hundreds to thousands of datum points using either Zeiss with Calypso software or Mititoya and Aberlink with PCDMIS. This position requires experienced candidates who can seamlessly integrate into our team and start contributing immediately. Responsibilities + Program CMM machines to measure hundreds to thousands of datum points accurately. + Work with blueprints and utilize GD&T knowledge to achieve very tight tolerances. + Collaborate with team members to ensure precision in automotive and aerospace prototypes. Essential Skills + Expertise in CMM programming with Calypso or PCDMIS. + Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading. + Experience with programming 100+ datum points. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Familiarity with 2, 3, 4 axis Mazak, Okuma, Toyoda, Doosan Lathes. + Experience with 3, 4, 5 axis Mazak, Okuma, Toyoda, Doosan Mills. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work the first shift from 7am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday, with the option for voluntary Saturdays. Our facility is located in northern Oxford, featuring three large buildings equipped with advanced machinery including Zeiss (Calypso), Aberlink (PCDMIS), and Mititoya (PCDMIS) systems. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oxford, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
