Die Setter

We are actively seeking an experienced Die Setter to join our press room team. Responsibilities: + Install and set up progressive dies into stamping presses according to job specifications. + Adjust press settings (feed length, shut height, sensors, etc.) for proper operation and quality. + Perform firstu2011piece inspections and make necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy. + Operate presses safely and efficiently while monitoring for defects. + Conduct minor die maintenance (sharpen punches, replace springs, clean components). + Troubleshoot issues related to die performance, material feed, and machine function. + Maintain accurate records: part counts, setup times, maintenance logs. + Follow all safety procedures; report hazards or malfunctions immediately. + Assist with continuous improvement for die setup, tooling efficiency, and production flow. + Perform other duties as needed to support production goals.
