Civil Cad Technician

Job Title: Civil CAD Technician Job Description The Civil CAD Technician will support a growing portfolio of commercial site development and excavation projects. This role works closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams to develop accurate civil drawings and models that support site preparation, grading, and utility installation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and motivated to contribute to high-quality civil construction projects from planning through execution. Responsibilities + Develop accurate civil drawings and models for site preparation, grading, and utility installation. + Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure project accuracy and efficiency. + Contribute to high-quality civil construction projects from planning through execution. Essential Skills + Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D with 1+ years of experience. + Civil engineering and design. + Experience in commercial construction and excavation projects. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Proficiency in Procore. + Experience in drafting and civil design. + Capability to work on projects for commercial or K-12 schools. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Paw Paw, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $31.25/hr.
