How would you like to earn $14.00 per hour for Assembler work? Adecco is currently hiring for Assembler jobs with a local customer in Peck, Michigan . Responsibilities: Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and products according to work orders and diagrams Perform soldering and basic assembly tasks including potting, encapsulating, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, stamping, etching, and color coding Position and align parts using jigs, fixtures, and holding devices Crimp, screw, bolt, rivet, weld, solder, cement, or press fit parts into place Connect lead wires to printed circuit boards and route wiring between components Install finished assemblies and attach hardware such as caps, clamps, knobs, and switches Inspect and test parts to ensure they meet production specifications and quality standards Rework or resolder units as required Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety regulations Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Previous manufacturing and soldering experience preferred Ability to read work instructions and technical drawings Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Basic math skills and problem-solving ability Ability to multitask and meet production deadlines Ability to pass soldering certification within 90 days of employment Ability to lift between 5u201350 lbs Perks: Pay starting at $14.00 per hour Shift: Mondayu2013Friday, 12:30 PM u2013 4:30 PM (or 11:30 AM u2013 3:30 PM) Weekly paycheck Manufacturing work environment Access to Adeccou2019s Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
