Job Description We are hiring IT Program Managers to join our organization. This is not a traditional PMO or coordination role. Weu2019re looking for engineering minded, process driven leaders who have owned complex operational problems end to end and delivered real, scalable solutions across technology, operations, and training. If your background is primarily task tracking or status reporting, this role will not be a fit. If you thrive in ambiguity, diagnose broken processes, design future state solutions, and drive measurable business outcomesu2014this role is built for you What Youu2019ll Do As an IT Program Manager, you will own operational solutionsu2014not just timelines. You will: u2022u2003Diagnose operational, process, and system gaps across Specialty Operations, including installation, on demand maintenance, logistics, supply chain, and sales adjacent workflows u2022u2003Design future state processes and operating models, including: ou2003Process mapping and gap analysis ou2003Controls, compliance, and scalability considerations u2022u2003Partner directly with IT, SAP/ERP teams, Operations, and Change Management to: ou2003Translate operational needs into system requirements ou2003Drive technology changes through delivery ou2003Ensure training and adoption are executed effectively u2022u2003Own programs end to end, including: ou2003Scope definition and execution ou2003Financial and timeline accountability ou2003KPI and benefit tracking u2022u2003Deploy solutions into live operations and drive continuous improvement post launch u2022u2003Act as the single owner of outcomes, ensuring solutions are implemented and sustainedu2014not just identified What Makes This Role Different u2022u2003You own the solution end to endu2014you donu2019t hand it off u2022u2003You design and implement processes, not just document them u2022u2003You operate across both product and program delivery models We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
