Welder u2013 MIG (Full-Time) Fast-Growing Fabrication Shop 1st, 2nd and weekend shift Location: Cannon falls MN Schedule Options: 1st, 2nd and weekend shift Employment Type: Full-Time About the Opportunity We are hiring a skilled MIG Welder to join our rapidly growing fabrication team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing highu2011quality welds, enjoys working from blueprints, and wants long-term stability with opportunities to grow. Responsibilities + Perform MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel (7 gauge to 1/4 inch). + Read and interpret detailed welding blueprints and welding symbols. + Determine proper welds, callouts, and positions for each job. + Assist with cutting, organizing, and staging materials for the team. + Operate fabrication equipment, including grinders and cutting tools. + Perform finishing work such as grinding, insulation cutting, and part prep. + Spend approximately 80% of your time welding and 20% on fabrication support. Required Skills + Proficiency in MIG welding . + Ability to read and understand blueprints and weld symbols . + Strong shop math and measurement skills. + Reliable work history and consistent attendance.
