Production Technician

We re looking for candidates with mixing experience and a solid background working in a GMP regulated environment. In this role, you will help create food ingredient blends used across multiple industries. It s not assembly line work; you ll be learning food production processes and taking pride in producing something that truly matters. 1st Shift: 5:00am 1:30pm, Monday-Friday Pay rate: $19/hr (or higher, depending on experience) You will: Blend and package products according to specifications Operate mixing kettles and help prepare blended food ingredient batches Record ingredient and packaging information for full GMP traceability Keep production rooms clean, organized, and food-safe Use stand-up forklifts (training provided) Contribute to a team that succeeds because every person does their part What the Environment Is Like Locker access available PPE provided: safety shoes if needed, smocks, hair nets, hearing protection, odor masks Not a high-speed setting; work is steady and methodical Strong culture of teamwork, respect, and helping each other out Cross training opportunities and room to grow into other departments Additional Details In person interviews/on site tours required Temp-to-hire role with full benefits upon permanent hire If this sounds like the kind of place where you'd thrive, don t wait.
