Facilities Technician

Job Title: Facilities Technician Job Description We are seeking a Facilities Technician for a temporary position at the Auburn Mall. This role is essential while a current team member recovers from an injury. The position involves performing various handyman tasks, excluding maintenance on HVAC, boilers, chillers, or large mechanical systems. Responsibilities + Perform painting and drywall work. + Conduct carpentry and basic maintenance tasks. + Handle patch work and repairs. + Utilize basic hand tools for various tasks. + Assist with cleaning and general upkeep of facilities. Essential Skills + Experience in facilities maintenance and repair. + Proficiency in painting and drywall work. + Carpentry skills. + Basic hand tool experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical is a plus. + Experience with preventive maintenance. Why Work Here?
