Reports to: Maintenance Superintendent Direct Reports: 12 (janitorial staff, maintenance technicians, and groundskeepers) Summary: Oversees the maintenance and operations of our facilities, ensuring buildings and grounds are safe, clean, and efficient. Manages janitorial, technical, and grounds teams, develops maintenance schedules, ensures compliance with safety standards, and coordinates with external vendors .
