Responsibilities: Assist in set-up of simple CNC jobs and operate conventional and CNC machines Run multiple machines at one time to meet production schedules Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine tolerances and setup requirements Select and secure fixtures, cutting tools, and materials on mills, lathes, grinders, and other equipment Verify finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and height gauges Operate CMM equipment as needed Perform operator preventive maintenance and ensure machine readiness Assist with tooling and fixturing builds Complete required documentation and comply with ISO standards Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all company policies Assist production with additional duties including inspection, deburring, finishing, packing, and shipping as needed Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required 1u20133 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Knowledge of precision measuring tools and shop mathematics Ability to work independently and in a team environment Willingness to work overtime as needed Perks: Pay starting at $19.23 per hour 3rd Shift Schedule: Tuesday u2013 Wednesday: 8:30 PM u2013 7:30 AM Thursday: 9:30 PM u2013 7:30 AM Friday: 8:00 PM u2013 4:00 AM Weekly paycheck Manufacturing work environment Access to Adeccou2019s Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
