Join the MercyOne Dubugue Cath Lab in a Charge Nurse role Schedule: + Flexibility: either 4 (10hr) shifts or 5 (8hr) shifts + Flexibility needed depending on the case load + On call as needed POSITION PURPOSE + The licensed Registered Nurse (RN) plans & provides professional nursing services & standards of practicein accordance withlevel of experience & education, state board of nursing & established policies & procedures. The RN integrates the art, science, leadership & knowledge of the nursing clinical practice through relationship-centered, compassionate, ethical & respectful direct / indirect healthcare services. + RN III u2013senior:Practice is guided by nursing process & policy / procedure / standards. General Requirements: + Graduation from an accredited school of nursingisrequired. + Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)ispreferred. + Current Iowa RNlicense or active compact license recognized by the state isrequired. + Basic Life Support (BLS) isrequiredwithin three (3) months of hire. + Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) isrequiredwithin three (3) months of hire. + Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter for both Child and Dependent Adult Abuse training isrequiredwithin six (6) months of hire. + Specialty practice certification ispreferred.. + Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment. + Mustpossessa personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity, and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals, and values of Trinity HealthandMercyOne.
