Eatonu2019s IS AER FED division is currently seeking a Solderer (Aerospace). The hours for this role are 7:00am-3:30pm The hourly rate for this position is $24-$30 per hour. What youu2019ll do: The Solderer (White Room) is responsible for soldering and reworking very small and intricate products. The ideal candidate will have exceptional hand dexterity along with a working knowledge in reading, interpreting, and utilizing technical procedures and blueprints. The individual must be comfortable working in a team environment. This first shift position is well suited for a patient individual who is a fast learner, is focused on quality output, and enjoys working in a demanding atmosphere. Responsibilities: u2022 Solder electro-mechanical components under a microscope and/or a magnifying glass. u2022 Assemble, setup and maintain tooling. u2022 Recommend design and process improvements to enhance manufacturability. u2022 Perform visual inspection of parts. u2022 Maintain quality records. u2022 Interpret customer and supplier requirements. Qualifications: Required: u2022 Minimum 2 years of soldering experience. u2022 Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future. u2022 This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
