Adecco is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operator, in Byhalia, MS. In this role, youu2019ll play a key part in the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of products within a busy warehouse environment. Youu2019ll operate a variety of powered industrial equipment such as Crown - Dock Stocker and Reach to support daily operations. Responsibilities for Picker Order Selector/Forklift Operator jobs include: u00b7 The Picker Order selector accurately picks products by matching numbers and product descriptions using voice audio headset. u00b7 Hand stacks cases of product weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively from floor to overhead throughout the duration of the shift. u00b7 Place the beverage products in a defined stacking pattern onto the pallet. u00b7 Hand shrink wrap customer orders with label and move completed order to the loading dock staging area using electronic pallet jack or walkie-rider equipment. u00b7 Report all product discrepancies or quality issues to supervision including damaged product, wrong store number, equipment issues, etc. u00b7 Follow all safety procedures and adhere to all company policies and procedures, including the safe operation of equipment and help to maintain a safe, clean work environment to include general housekeeping warehouse duties. + Responsible for performing shipping, receiving, and inventory management + Support manufacturing and supply chain functions within a total task, team-based operating system + Contribute to achieving company initiatives to meet our safety, quality, and process reliability goals + Learn and perform assignments depending on functional requirements across our warehouse and distribution teams scanners Requirements: + Must be 18 yrs. or older and have valid driver's license. + Must have 6 monthsu2019 experience in warehouse and with operating Crown Dock Stocker and Reach + Ability to safely lift cardboard products weighing up to 50 pounds without powered equipment assistance. + Must be able to count and visually recognize differences in products. + Experience with RF scanners + Must always follow all Safety and Facility rules and regulations. + Ability to stand, walk, lift, stoop, bend, push, and pull within an 8 -10hr productive workday.
