Project Manager

Description We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee and drive cross-functional projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This is a Contract position based in Corvallis, Oregon, where you will be responsible for ensuring project goals are achieved efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will combine strong organizational abilities with excellent communication skills to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables with precision. Responsibilities: u2022 Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. u2022 Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, and manage timelines using tools such as Asana. u2022 Coordinate resources and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and delivery. u2022 Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to address challenges. u2022 Prepare and present project updates and reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. u2022 Ensure compliance with formal project management practices and standards. u2022 Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives. u2022 Facilitate effective communication across teams to maintain transparency and alignment. u2022 Utilize project management certifications, such as PMP, to apply best practices and methodologies. u2022 Continuously assess project performance and recommend improvements for future initiatives. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in project management, including leading cross-functional initiatives. u2022 Strong knowledge of project management tools, such as Asana, for tracking and coordination. u2022 PMP certification or equivalent formal project management qualifications. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations. u2022 Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities. u2022 Ability to identify risks and implement solutions to ensure project success. u2022 Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across diverse teams. u2022 Experience in managing resources and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
