Job Title: Production Operator - Full Time, Temp to Hire. Company Overview: We are a leading manufacturer of aluminum products, proudly extruded and fabricated in the USA. Shift & Pay: + 3rd Shift : 11:00pm - 7:00am + Pay rate $21.85 What We Offer: + Sign-on Bonus + Full range of benefits including: + Medical Insurance + Paid Time Off (PTO) + 401K Retirement Plan Job Responsibilities: + Support the packing function in our production facility + Move and prepare quality extruded aluminum for shipment to meet customer expectations + Pack aluminum extrusions as per customer specifications + Visually inspect metal for defects + Enter packed piece counts into Epics system + Move extrusions using overhead cranes and/or forklift + Stencil aluminum extrusions manually or with machine as required + Perform other assignments as instructed by supervisor/manager Qualifications: + High School diploma or equivalent + 1u20132 years of manufacturing experience preferred + Must be able to read, write, and have basic math skills + Some computer experience preferred + Good attendance and reliable work history + Desire to maintain a clean, organized work area with good housekeeping practices + Effective communicator with a positive attitude + Must be a team player with excellent safe work habits + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
