Job Title: Finishing Carpenter Job Description We are seeking a dedicated finishing carpenter to join our team in building new residential homes. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in using both hand and power tools. The ideal candidate will work independently and collaboratively with small crews, demonstrating a team player attitude and a willingness to assist wherever needed. Responsibilities + Perform finish carpentry tasks in new residential construction. + Utilize hand and power tools efficiently and safely. + Collaborate with small crews to complete projects on time. + Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all carpentry work. + Assist with various tasks as needed, maintaining a team-oriented mindset. Essential Skills + Extensive experience in finish carpentry, including hanging doors, cabinets, and building stairs. + Proficiency in using construction tools and equipment. + Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in new residential construction projects. + Ability to adapt and assist with various tasks on-site. Why Work Here?
