Job Title: Diesel Mechanic Job Description Join our team as a Diesel Mechanic, where you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, such as oil changes and servicing heavy equipment. Your role will also include repairing heavy trucks, changing tires, brakes, electrical systems, and more. Responsibilities + Perform preventive maintenance on heavy equipment, including oil changes and servicing. + Repair heavy trucks, including tire changes, brakes, and electrical systems. + Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, and loaders. + Work in the field on construction sites, both with new construction and utility work. Essential Skills + Experience with heavy equipment and heavy equipment operation. + Proficiency in preventive maintenance and heavy truck repairs. + Minimum of 3 years experience as a diesel truck/mechanic. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with excavators, dozers, and loaders. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Sioux Falls, SD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr. They pay their employees 40 hours/week all Winter long whether they work or not.Benefits are paid for by the company 100%3% IRA match40 hours PTO, paid holidaysyear end performance based bonus Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Sioux Falls,SD.
