If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Video Producer to join our National Tax organization.Responsibilities:Translate complex service offerings, technology capabilities, and business messages into clear, compelling visual stories; produce compelling video content that showcases KPMG solutions, capabilities, and technology offeringsSupport campaign-driven video needs including product explainers, service overviews, testimonials, thought leadership clips, and brand-forward messaging; capture high-quality footage, interviews, broll, and audio to support marketing and GTM initiativesEdit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Creative Suite tools with strong attention to pacing, clarity, and brand consistency; apply color grading, audio cleanup, motion graphics, and finishing techniques to deliver polished, executive-ready videosImplement established editorial workflows, version control, and quality standards to ensure consistency across all deliverables; use AI-assisted tools to accelerate editing, generate text/assets, and streamline content preparationMaintain organized project files, media assets, and secure collaboration workflows; manage multiple video and audio projects simultaneously with strong attention to deadlines and priorities; maintain expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and evolving production toolsAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum three years of recent experience in video production and postproductionBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; Minimum High School Diploma or GED requiredExperience creating marketing or GTM content, preferably in a corporate or agency settingProfound proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Creative Suite tools; experience with GenAI tools for production efficiency is preferredStrong editorial skills, storytelling instincts, and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects under deadlines while maintaining high-quality outputApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)KPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (
