Description We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Afteru2011Hours Chaplain to join our Spiritual Care team. This nonu2011FTE position provides vital spiritual and emotional support to patients, families, and staff of Swedish Health Services during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. As an essential resource outside of normal business hours, you will offer comfort during moments of crisis, serve as a calming presence, and help individuals navigate challenging experiences with dignity and care. In this role, you will also act as a liaison between patients, families, and community clergy to ensure appropriate spiritual resources are available. Work is performed on an intermittent, asu2011needed basis, offering flexibility while providing meaningful, missionu2011driven service during critical times. Key Responsibilities + The afteru2011hours chaplain also acts as liaison between patients/families and community clergy. + Work performed is expected to be outside of normal business hours on an intermittent and sporadic basis to provide necessary afteru2011hours services to patients, family members, and/or staff. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
