Physical Channels Innovation Director

Description Summary: As Huntington executes our Retail Banking Long-range Plan and positions the company for growth through market and geographic expansion, we must ensure that our physical spaces meet the evolving needs of our customers, colleagues and communities. The Physical Channels Innovation Director is at the forefront of this strategy development and solution implementation. The individual will lead a team of thought-leaders accountable for identifying new capabilities that support the banku2019s business objectives of delivering Category of One Customer Experiences, being known for personalized advice, and growing through improved execution and thoughtful investments. The team will lead initiatives through all phases of the project delivery lifecycle, beginning with ideation to business case approval to User Acceptance Testing and ultimately to Pilot and implementation. Duties & Responsibilities: + Partner across the Huntington organization to understand the various strategies being developed/executed and bring those strategies to life in the Physical Channels (retail branches, unique environments and ATMs). + Evaluate and research industry trends, technology innovations and competitor operating models to inform Huntingtonu2019s Physical Channels strategy. + Direct strategic thinking and quickly identify the most critical areas of need/opportunity and prioritize engagements. + Adopt a Test & Learn discipline where we learn quickly and adapt strategies as needed
