Job Posting Title AI Delivery Director AI Center of Excellence - Remote Job Description Weu2019re launching an AI Center of Excellence to transform how we deliver technology, value, and innovationu2014and weu2019re seeking a leader to help shape it. As our AI IT Director, youu2019ll guide the delivery and support of nextu2011generation IT solutions while helping define our longu2011term technology strategy. Youu2019ll work closely with IT leadership to drive key programs, build enterprise AI capabilities, and ensure we adopt responsible, scalable technologies. Responsibilities + Set the technical vision and strategy t o support long-term organizational growth and sustainability, aligning technology decisions with company goals, industry trends, and best practices. + Provide thought leadership and technical direction , guiding the team to deliver measurable business value. Mentor and coach team members to promote continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration. + Ensure successful delivery of services, projects, and maintenance activities across IT and business functions. Incorporate and enhance Primeu2019s project tools and methodologiesu2014including the Enterprise Project Life Cycle (EPLC), Solution Delivery Framework, and adherence to security policies and best practices. + Lead the selection, evaluation, integration, and performance management of externally sourced hardware, software, and processes to ensure high-quality business solutions. + Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise partners, vendors, and key technology stakeholders. Influence business and IT teams to align on priorities and ensure technology solutions meet business needs. + Develop and lead a transformational team , collaboratively designing and implementing systems, processes, and capabilities that support strategic business and technical initiatives. + Oversee project delivery, resource planning, sourcing strategies, employee development, and budget ownership for the assigned team. + Secure necessary tools, supplies, professional development opportunities, and work environment resources required for effective departmental operations. + Prepare department plans, define priorities, and resolve conflicts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Own the development and execution of the departmentu2019s workforce strategy. + Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications + Bacheloru2019s degree in information systems or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School Diploma or GED equivalent required + 8 years of relevant work experience in wide range of IT-related roles with exposure to variety of technologies and applications + 5 years of people management experience + Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship Additional Qualifications + Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences. + Advanced problemu2011solving and business analysis skills with a track record of driving effective solutions. + Proven ability to multitask, manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastu2011paced environment. + Adaptable team player who thrives in environments with change, ambiguity, and evolving priorities.
