Project Manager - Facilities (TS/SCI required)

This position is contingent on contract award.This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) PolygraphResponsibilities include:u2022 Manage space-related projects from concept through close-outu2022 Coordinate with all interested parties, including customers, construction contractors, ITcontractors, SIOE Engineering Team, O&M personnel. Maintain a positive, collegialattitude and rapport with all customers and partners.u2022 Develop statements of work, independent cost estimates (including IT, architecturalfinishes and furnishings, security, construction and sustainment), formal projectdocuments for approval by the NGA Space and Infrastructure Board (NISB)u2022 Provide briefings on project status to NGA Seniorsu2022 Regularly inspect work in progress to ensure construction quality and compliance withdesign requirementsu2022 Lead Technical Exchange Meetings, project walks, punch list reviews, customer projectwalks, etc.u2022 Review and provide comments on design submittals (drawings, specifications, productsubmittals, etc.) in a timely, professional manneru2022 Manage project information in the IWMS database, ARCHIBUS u2022 Minimum 15 yearsu2019 experience in facilities construction/modification, with at least 5 ofthose years in an Intelligence Community settingu2022 Associateu2019s or Bacheloru2019s (preferred) Degree in Construction Engineering, MechanicalEngineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related fieldu2022 Licensed Engineer, Registered Architect, or Licensed Contractor is considered a plus,but not requiredu2022 Demonstrated experience with Intelligence Community missions and functionsregarding facilities development and productionu2022 Demonstrated experience in understanding/interpreting construction drawings inArchitectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and IT trades.
