Position Overview The Rotational Molding Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of rotational molding machines used to create plastic components. You will follow detailed work instructions, use a variety of tools, and ensure that products meet quality and dimensional standards. Key Responsibilities + Operate and maintain rotational molding machines (startu2011up, shutdown, loading powder, pulling and trimming parts) + Identify, communicate, and document safety concerns + Troubleshoot and adjust machine processes + Provide training and guidance to others as needed + Assist with daily mold and tool maintenance (cleaning, prep, polishing, adjusting latches) + Review inu2011process product and verify dimensional requirements + Support rootu2011cause analysis on nonu2011conforming parts with engineering and supervisors + Help resolve processu2011related issues and participate in continuous improvement Requirements + High school diploma or GED + 2+ years of rotational molding or injection molding experience + Experience training others, scheduling shortu2011term tasks, and troubleshooting + Ability to lift and move 25u201375 lbs depending on task + Strong handu2011tool and equipment operation skills Apply today to take the next step in your manufacturing career Pay Details: $17.55 to $23.46 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
