About the Role We are looking for a business analyst intern to join our team. Please note this will be a Summer Internship starting in June 2026 Responsibilities: u2022 Business Tooling & Technology Enablement: o Evaluate, test, and provide feedback on third-party tools (e.g., project management, time tracking, resource allocation, automation platforms) to enhance operational efficiency. o Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate new tools into existing workflows and drive adoption. o Support system administration for Professional Services tooling, including configuration, user support, and troubleshooting. u2022 Business Reporting & Analytics: o Design, create, update, and maintain business reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into operational performance. o Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure data accuracy and accessibility. u2022 Process Engineering & Optimization: o Document, analyze, and maintain process workflows for the Professional Services team. o Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in service delivery processes and propose data-driven optimizations. o Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key business processes. u2022 Collaboration & Communication: o Act as a liaison between Professional Services, IT, and other departments to align technical solutions with business needs. o Provide training and documentation to end-users on new processes and tools. o Work with leadership to support strategic initiatives related to scalability, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. o Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that optimize business operations and workflows. Skills: u2022 Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach to operational challenges. u2022 Exposure to with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent). u2022 General understanding of business process documentation, workflow automation, and operational efficiency improvements. u2022 Strong motivation to identify and solve key business problems. u2022 Experience with project management, professional services automation (PSA) or CRM systems. u2022 Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. u2022 Strong communication skills.
