This role is critical to ensuringfinancial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the Department'sclinical trial portfolio. The Clinical Trial Accountant will collaboratewith investigators, research coordinators, industry sponsors, andcontract research organizations (CROs) to monitor expenditures,reconcile financial data, oversee research billing compliance, andmanage participant payment processes. Responsibilities include reviewingstudy calendars and budgets for clinical trial billing activities andmanaging the Advarra participant payment system for DOM researchsubjects. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strongorganizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities ina fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Serving as a central point ofcontact for clinical trial financial matters, the successful candidatewill work closely with DOM leadership and external partners to ensuresmooth operations and timely payments.
